Circle Pizza!

Jerry Collins is opening up the new Circle Pizza. He use to own the Circle Pizza out were the car wash is now, next to Gas America. They always had great pizza there, so hopefully it will be just as good. Suppose to be open in November sometime.

Does anyone know what happend to this one? Hopefully this Circle Pizza works out, I don't eat pizza, but my hubby and kids do and they HATE Pizza Hut and Papa Johns, would love for them to be able to have good pizza again so that I don't have to listen to them whine!

Pennsylvania Ave Pizza closed down a couple of weeks ago because the building is being condemned I think.

And let me tell you.....he knows how to make a great pizza! I worked for him back when he was in town so I guess I'm a little one-sided :)

If it's like it used to be it'll be a tie with Pizza King!!

The Collins family bought out the old circle pizza back in the mid '70's. They first opened in a small building on Main Street on the west side of the old movie house. As I recall, they always made their own doughs from the old recipe, and only used the best ingredients for their ample toppings. One thing I can tell you, you know you're eating pizza when eating Circles, and it don't cost an arm and a leg like Pizza King. I'll be driving back for this one. ~Pops.

Yea, I was a dish washer there in 74 I think, might of been 75 but you're right. Always the best toppings and they were never stingy with them. Quite frankly Judy ran the show back then and she was damn good at it too.

Someone needs to FedX me a large when they open ???? LOL!

going on the windows. Gave me cold chills.....Brought back some old memories. Hope it is as tasty as it used to be.
