Everyone Loves Avon, why is it hard to find helpers for a better catalog business.

I have a business that I am looking for reps to drop off catalogs and wait for a sale.
No different than Avon, except the fact it doesn't cost you anything to start working and you get a better income.
Not a small percent like Avon allows you to receive, but actually 50% of each item you sell. The catalog isnt a small catalog. It has over 3000 items, consists of even decorative Christmas items.
Another thing, you dont have to deliver the items or ask that htey be picked up when the items come in. All sells get delivered directly to the customer.
Any suggestions on how to get individuals to try this catalog business?
I am needing 10 reps.
It is soo easy that my step son made 100.00 in just 2 hours. Can't imagine what others would make with more catalogs out.
Thank you for any suggestions or help on helping people understand this business is easy and profitable at the same time.

All your friends will really enjoy you making 50% off of them. That's the kind of friend I do not need. Amway anyone? suddenly no one returns your calls, people leave the room when you enter,you don't get invited out anymore. Soon as a so called friend starts pushing crap on me, That catalog gets shoved where the sun don't shine! If it sounds to good to be true....RUN!!! Money for nothing? RUN!

Please show me where I have condemned anyone for not working. Also I have plenty of friends and I don't push crap on them to make 50% off of their hard earned money. Can I ask one thing, is there much repeat business? One more why is this catalog a secret, why not give it a name and a little more information? Is it name brand products? Can you buy these products from a local business here in town? I like to spend locally when I can. I am skeptical because I have heard it all before and have had to avoid people I liked because of this type of thing. Hope I am wrong about this, Good Luck

Bayberry Lane
Big Value Book
Christmas Catalog
Town Square
Inspirational
World of Products - consists of home decor, lawn decor, clothing, etc.
These are the catalogs that a REP can MAKE 50% PROFIT. I DO NOT make the profit. I am trying to help those who would like a better profit then what they would selling avon.
Plus, they can have items dropped shipped to their customers, making it easier for the REP.
