Gazebo at Calloway Park

I was wandering if anyone knew how to get a hold of someone at Calloway Park.
My son's birthday party is on Saturday the 17th and would like to use the Gazebo at the Park. I have left messages last week and today to find out what I need to do to use the Gazebo. No responses and I have to get out invitations tomorrow (Tuesday).
Does anyone know how to contact or what is needed to use Gazebo for my son's birthday party?
