This residence is truly a beautiful property. Since that is what this forum is about a big congrtats to them. Keep up the good work.

a couple of questions. i certainly hope you were not implying that I was for a second overlooking the fact that the property in this forum was not. Thats not at all what I was getting at. Just wanted to know how to nominate a home in my neighborhood. I have a younger couple that have worked all summer making their home a very eye catching property. Amidst both of them working full time jobs. Take a look its at the corner of south g and 20th.

I received the award about 8 years ago or so. My friends and I tried for years and I got Lucky. Hate to admit it but it was one of my prouder moments. Also was lucky enough to place in the chili cook off a few times way back when. It was a lot of fun. Don't get me started as I have a ton of idea's how it should be done now. With Elwood's history I think we could really turn it into a big event worthy of state championship, and a tourist draw. People would be surprised how big a draw it would be.

Its nice when other people compliment you by an award for doing something good. The chili cook off is the bomb. Great to go and taste the many different types of chili and for peole to get together. I really think that this couple deserves it for all of their hard work. I don't know maybe if I get time I will stop at the chamber and find out how the process works. :O
